（中央社記者曾盈瑜台北1日電）第9屆立法委員今天宣誓就職，並選出立法院長蘇嘉全、立法院副院長蔡其昌。蘇嘉全邀前立委林志嘉任立法院秘書長，宣示將把國會還給人民。
第9屆立委上午8時開始報到，立法院在大門口到議場間舖上紅毯迎接，不少新科立委與連任立委們都帶著家人一起走紅地毯。
中國國民黨立法院黨團、民主進步黨團上午都舉行黨團會議凝聚立法院長、副院長選舉共識。國民黨團推國民黨籍立委賴士葆與曾銘宗，民進黨團則由民進黨籍立委蘇嘉全、蔡其昌角逐。
立委隨後聚集在立法院議場，由司法院大法官黃茂榮監誓，舉起右手唸完誓詞、完成宣誓就職。10時30分舉行預備會議選舉立法院長，全體立委推舉資深立委柯建銘任會議主席。上午票選立法院長、下午選副院長，採無記名投票方式進行。
選舉結果，各黨團1票未跑，蘇嘉全與蔡其昌都獲74票，成為中華民國史上第1組民進黨籍立法院長、副院長。
蘇嘉全宣誓就職後表示，他與蔡其昌即刻辭相關黨職，以人民利益出發，謹守議事中立，把國會還給人民。1050201
